ACK. I had only positive feedback and active help from MultiTech.
They helped me actively updating my firmware versions for
my 2834ZDXG modems in a time, these modems were not in production
anymore. That Steve monitors this mailinglist is in my eyes
another "symptom" of good costumer support.

... but only my 2 euro cents.
