Probably one of these is addressed to the user who submitted the fax  
job and the other to FaxMaster. You will get both messages to the same  
address when FaxMaster submits a job.

You can control the messages to FaxMaster with the variable  
NOTIFY_FAXMASTER. (set to "yes"/"always", "no"/"never" or "errors")
