Hi,

I've done some more digging and discovered that faxmail is converting 
the body of the mail message into postscript.

According to faxmail(1):

>        In  general it is recommended that senders either permit faxmail to format message
>        contents or completely bypass the formatting facilities and submit data that is to
>        be  processed  by  sendfax. 

Please could somebody explain how I can prevent faxmail from invoking 
ghostscript?
