I'm sure that someone at 3Com/USR could tell you the pattern for the 
bugs they've bothered to fix - I can't.  What I can tell you is that 
there are some requisite T.30 protocol functions (like EOM) that some 
models do not support in Class 2.0.

I know of no advantage of USR's Class 2.0 over HylaFAX's Class 1.  Now 
MultiTech's new Class 2.0/2.1 is a different story, though.
