That "yes" is clearly wrong, right now I cannot test the correct syntax,
please try adding  " and ":

Class1SwitchingCmd:     "<delay:7>"

you should see something like

DELAY 70 in place of "yes\r"

Now my next problem is that SuSEFax is not allowing me to view the incoming faxes in the received queue.  Viewer "operation not permitted"........ but that will be another post if I cannot sort it out.
