The problem is in the PostScript code that is produced from the
make_faxcover script.  It will actually produce a two-page
file with the second page being blank.

To fix this, follow these steps.

1) Create your faxcover.ps file as usual with

./make_faxcover faxcover.eps > faxcover.ps

2) With a text editor, open the file faxcover.ps and remove the
last line which should be:

showpage

3) Copy the edited faxcover.ps to the appropriate place where the
HylaFAX faxcover command can find it.

This should solve the problem.

For some reason this error is not in the on-line documentation and
should also be fixed.
