[hylafax-users] Extra blank page after cover sheet

Hi All,

I have created a custom cover sheet using the directions at
http://www.hylafax.org/HylaFAQ/Q202.html
using the tgif > eps > make_faxcover option.
The cover sheet looks great, all fields are mapping. But, whenever i send a
fax with the cover page an extra blank page
is sent as well.
If i send only the fax doc it sends as a one page fax.

The cover page text stops about 4 inches from the bottom of the page.  I
have googled for any reference to this and have found
the question but not the answer.

Does anyone know where i can start looking??
