I think this can be solved via Cypheus and a mysql-database. Its not an 
own directory, but a user can only see his/her own fax-jobs.
But i am no Cypheus expert!

do you mean email-inbox?

no idea if you just have one analog phone line/modem and no possibility 
to obtain the information from there.
The parameters

CIDNUMBER	the CIDNumber value determined from faxgetty
CIDNAME		the CIDName value determined from faxgetty
SENDER		the TSID of the fax sender

could be used for routing, but lead to the restriction, that only known 
senders could be routed to only ONE defined receiver.
