Means that NSF reporting (+FNF string) is enabled in the modem by
"AT+FNR=1,1,1,1" but do not work correctly due to firmware bug (just
returns garbage instead hex numbers sequence). So

Class2NRCmd:    AT+FNR=1,1,1,0

should be specified in the config.

Not necessary. The following

shows that he tries to use the modem without flow control (possibly because 
the config is empty, but his Hylafax is not recent enough to setup the
correct default value for ModemFlowControl).
