There's a growing consensus on this list that USR modems should be used
(and most modems generally) in Class 1. You'll have less trouble,
generally speaking. (Yes, we know that the default in faxaddmodem is for
it to use 2.0.)

We can't see the error in the logs because the logging sensitivity isn't
high enough. In your config file change SessionTracing to 0xFFF and then
send the log again.
