> I had tried Wang/Eastman Kodak Imaging before receive the mail. But still > can't complete view image. Do I modify some config? Imaging can't cope with G3 2D formats, you must restrict to 1D or turn on copy quality checking by Hylafax and have it convert to 1D, or post process the file into the more compact G4 format.
