flexfax: HELP! something wrong with ps2fax or server

Hi!

Please, anybody, help me with this!

I have HylaFAX setup under Linux.
faxgetty and faxq running.

Problem:
 I submit a job with WHFC. It goes to queue.
 Modem calls, finishes processing.
 Sends me a mail like this:

and nothing send to remote fax.

I add write-to-log commands to ps2fax.
It not started!
in docq all files *.ps.<nn> - is it normal ?

I use Windows PS driver from HP 4000TN.

What information needed to diagnose this %$#%$# ?
What is wrong?
