never get fax send out

Hi there,

We send a fax.  It shows up in the directory of  /var/spool/fax/faxq like it
is supposed to.  It never gets send out from there.. i.e. the modem never
dials to send it.  We can't seem to find any errors in any logs either.
What is happening?
