Hi, and thank you for the replies on my questions!

I'm sending the sessionlog for a recieved fax. I cant see any obvious

Tha fax is an bw A4 page sent from a Toshiba faxmachine

Another thing:

In another mail you recomended I rm the /dev/modem and point faxgetty to
the real device (/dev/cua1 in this case)
I've done this. Everything is as it where, and I still dont get hfaxd
when I run ps ax | grep fax - which was one of my questions.
It seems as if this daemon isn't running..? Is that not a problem?

(I have RH 5.2 on a single maschine with some user-account.
no ./hylarc files either...)

I realy appreciate you bothering to reply to my previous mails, and I
hope you can help me with this as well.

Respectfully,
Finn Guttormsen

PS: My modem is a UCOM Skylink v.34 (33600bps) with a Rockwell chipset.
