Re: where is manpage?
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Remember also, Ronald, you do not *need* an http daemon: you can
generally use the browser on the raw html files, such as cd'ing to the
directory and saying "netscape index.html". You may not get the nice
manpage script handling, but the docs are still there and legible with
a bit of poking and hunting.
Unfortunately, several of the HylaFAX manpages have the same name as
more common UNIX man pages. "config" and "hosts" leap to mind as
examples. I tried writing patches for that a long time ago, changing
the names to "config.fax" and "hosts.fax". Sam Leffler disagreed with
me about it being worth changing, so I stopped trying with the new
versions.
If people think that is worth doing, I could take another shot and
submit patches for it. I'm a bit reluctant to go poking through all
that code for what is a non-functional, purely documentation upgrade,
though.
