[hylafax-users] Difference between these two errors

Hello everyone,

I'm using HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.3.0.2 on CentOS 4.3 with this modem:
MODEM ZOOM V.90 PCI I030100GV -H Z207 Zoom V.90 PCI I030100gV -H
Z207/. Everything was working, then I removed the phone line one day,
to use it for something else, when I put it back, here's the error I
get:

Jun  2 15:47:26 localhost FaxSend[4214]: SEND FAILED: JOB 38 DEST
<number scraped> ERR No carrier detected

Any ideas? And what's the difference between a "No carrier detected"
and "No local dialtone"?
