FaxMaster is generally defined in your /etc/aliases file.  (After 
modifying it you generally must run newaliases and possibly restart your 
SMTP.)

That said, I generally recommend that FaxMaster be directed to root, as 
the root account generally handles all system-maintenance type of things 
like LogWatch and so forth.  In that case you use SENDTO to dispatch the 
mail.  So your FaxDispatch would be thus:

 NOTIFY_FAXMASTER=errors
 FILETYPE=pdf
 SENDTO=your_email@xxxxxxxxxxx

Flush all of whatever you have in your FaxDispatch and put what I said 
above.

You must have metamail, sharutils, or base64-encode.  (sharutils has 
uuencode.)  Undoubtedly your distro has one of these.
