I have accordingly modify FaxDispatch:
NOTIFY_FAXMASTER=errors;
SENDTO=fajarpri@xxxxxxxxxx;
FILETYPE=pdf;

But the symptoms is still the same I think:

Is there any other log files that I can see to debug the problem other 
than /var/log/messages?
