Re: [hylafax-users] new community site

So should we unsubscribe from this list, if we're not commercial users
of the commercial versions of HylaFax, and instead join the SourceForge
lists?
Commercial users of HylaFAX are all over the place. Many businesses use open
source HylaFAX and live on these lists, there's no reason for them to go
elsewhere, they are very welcome on these lists. The hylafax.org community
has always welcomed everyone!
If you're asking about iFAX customers, well they have their own lists.
Mostly they just call us ;-) You won't find a lot of them on hylafax.org, or
on these mailing lists.
Or are we all well-advised to stay on both lists? If so, will
cross-posting then cause any kind of friction?
I don't think anyone will give you any friction if you join both lists. I do
think it's confusing and unfortunate to have two forums now to have to
monitor, but we didn't have much choice in the matter - as far as I know the
hylafax developer forum was not asked its opinion before this action was
taken.
