Maybe there is something wrong with the ISDN line or your PBX configuration.

I also connect an isdn phone to the cable and it's to make calls. Could be some differences between modem and phone?

Don't know.
If the cabling of your S0 bus is wrong you can get strange effects, especially if more than one device is connected.

In this log (generated with divactrl) i was using sendfax to an internal number. Not so easy to understand for me :(
[...]
02 80 83 6C 05 01 80 37 31 32 70 04 81 37 31 30
                    Q.931 CR01 SETUP
                           Bearer Capability 90 90 a3
                           Channel Id 83
                           Progress Indicator 80 83
                           Calling Party Number 01 80 '712'
                           Called Party Number 81 '710'

Here it tries to dial. Are these numbers correct?

[C:1] 6:0107:715 - SIG-R(011) 08 01 81 02 18 01 89 1E 02 81 88
                    Q.931 CR81 CALL_PROC
                           Channel Id 89
                           Progress Indicator 81 88

This is probably a notification that the connection request is being processed.

[C:1] 6:0107:736 - D-R(012) 02 83 02 02 08 01 81 45 08 02 81 BB
[C:1] 6:0107:736 - D-X(004) 02 83 01 04
[C:1] 6:0107:737 - SIG-R(008) 08 01 81 45 08 02 81 BB
Q.931 CR81 DISC
Cause 81 bb '59'
[C:1] 6:0107:738 - EVENT: Call failed in State 'Outgoing call proceeding'
Q.931 CR81 DISC
Cause 81 bb '59'

This seems to be the error, but I don't know what these Cause numbers mean.
