[hylafax-users] tiff annotation

I create tiff's with Ghostscript 8.50.  Using "Windows
Picture and Fax Viewer" I can annotate on the tiff.
The annotation is saved inside the tiff.  Apparently
Hyalfax cannot read the annotation.  Is there some
way to make Hylafax read the annotation or is there
a different program I can use to make tiff annotations?
