Re: [hylafax-users] Problem Reading Document Directory?

It means that TIFFLastDirectory returned false (meaning that more pages were in that TIFF), but that TIFFReadDirectory for that next page failed. This means that the TIFF file either changed on us in the middle of faxing (not likely) or that the TIFF was damaged to begin with in such a fashion that it fooled TIFFLastDirectory.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you see it happen again, and if it does happen again then try to grab a copy of the TIFF file in the docq directory (the one that faxq prepared or let through if it was pre-prepared by the client).

Hi All,

I'm running 4.2.2rc1. I got a "Problem reading document directory" error
on a send this morning. I've never seen this error before. After the failure
the fax was sent successfully on the retry.

Other faxes I sent afterwards went ok. Anyone have an idea what may have
caused this?

Thanks,

Mike
