Excellent! That was what I needed. All I had to do was change it
ever so slightly:

  SENDTO="+31${DESTINATION}@domain.tld"

Apparently, my ISDN system supplies the area code along with the
rest of the MSN, only leaving out the '+' sign and the country code.
