[hylafax-users] no carrier detected

Hi all
I am a totla nube to Hylafax and I have some linux experience
I am havind redhat9 and rockwell connexant modem
Installed hylafax took a lot of time to make the modems come ready
then whenever i try to send any fax the modem does not dial or it gives 
me no carrier detected
