[hylafax-users] Not recieving all incoming faxes?

Hello Everyone,

I have a situation where HylaFAX recieves some but not all of the faxes? This is
our first deployment of Hylafax. Originally, the system was running RedHat 9 but
was just upgraded to Fedora Core 3. This issue is a regular occurance. I am new
to configuring this but it appears to follow the documentation properly. We
first thought the modem (which was an old externel). However it appears not to
be the case (not quite as frequent though). The modem is the following:

2082 U.S. Robotics 56K FAX EXT

The info logs concern me and I would like to investigate and troubleshoot. Both
the successful ones and unsuccessful fax logs contain the following:

Feb 04 08:56:44.47: [ 4711]: SESSION BEGIN 000000118 17277979218

This is a no recieption and the 'MODEM Command error' is what is the cause of
concern. Here's an excerpt of a good log:

Feb 03 20:06:18.20: [ 4711]: SESSION BEGIN 000000116 17277979218

...

While searching the archives I didn't really find anything like this I did
notice that people who posted excerpts of logs didn't appear to have the 'MODEM
Command error'. I'd like to try and track this down but am not sure how to
proceed?

Thanks,

James
