If you wanted to rule-out the modem then you could upgrade to 4.2.0 and
switch to Class 1/1.0 and then see if the problem persists.
However, in all likelihood, it is the receiver causing the problem.
You may be able to alleviate the problem by sending in 1D-MH rather
than 2D-MMR.
