Hi There!

I've finally managed to get around the problem. I ended up modifying the
source code of "utils/SendFaxClient.c++" by commenting out the "IF"
statement that enclosed the coverpage generation. We always need
coverpages to be generated so, that shouldn't a problem.

The only problem now is that the "faxcover" program generates an extra
white space. I ran faxcover from the command-line without passing through
my modified sendfax executable.

Has anyone experienced this before?!
Howard... thanks a lot for the help given so far. Your "-vv" suggestion
was fundamental.

Wish everyone a good day.
