[hylafax-users] Jobs not getting faxed

In trying to update the HylaFax install on my old RH6.1 server from 
4.0pl2 to 4.1.7, I've run into a problem.  I installed zlib 1.1.3, tiff 
3.5.7, and HylaFax 4.1.7 from source into /usr/local after uninstalling 
the previous version of hylafax.  I have an external USR Sportster 33.6 
configured for class 1 fax on ttyS1.  I am not using faxgetty; this is a 
send only setup.  Faxgetty gave me similar problems when I tried it.
