Thank you very much!!! Now it is working! 

First I linked /dev/ttyG0/00  -> /dev/ttyG0_00    - it works as I said
earlier...
Now I link as you said and everything works fine :)

I spent over 12 hours trying to find a mistake.. I hate such errors..
