Don't use the CAPI interface. That's how I got it working, although there
are CAPI interface stuff available for it. Check freshmeat.net

Are there any people out there who've successfully gotten an Eicon DIVA
PRI card working with HylaFAX?
I'm having to use a rather annoying set of capi related tools to even
make the card work because Eicon will only support specific (and very
old) versions of Red Hat and SuSE, and I don't really know very much
about capi!
So far I have managed to get it to receive ok, but I can't for the life
of me figure out how to send faxes, so I was hoping to find someone who
had a similar setup and could help me out.
