[hylafax-users] cover page weirdness

Howdy:

I sent the message below to the author of the referenced post, but it
bounced (of course):

KAbrahamsen@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on Fri, 19 Sep 2003 12:45:47 -0400
    The recipient name is not recognized

Would anyone else have something to share?  I've already run out of
time, so my only other choice is try to hack the default faxcover.ps
manually...

Thanks in advance for any help, tips, etc.
