[hylafax-users] Send fax with Word

When I want to send a fax with Word, I select the Cypheus ClearFax printer
but everytime
login mask of Cypheus not appear and Word go in crash (Winword.exe error).
Configuration: Windows 2000, Office 2000
Can I resolve my problem?
