Re: [hylafax-users] Two Issues
I went back further up the chain to try and sort this out. My faxes were close
to the top of the page before sending so I moved everything down. This was
done in my accounting software. The faxes immediately showed improvement.
Now, after further testing all of the fax is being transmitted. Having the
text to close to the top of the page upset ps2fax ?
I am not sure of the reasons why. If hylafax wanted to move the page down
- and found that blocked by whitespace, or page size or whatever, it did
the next thing - cut off the top of the page.

I am puzzled by the problem of server tracing. What hylafax directory does
your server tracing log show ?
My log directory - this must be the one for server tracing, has a list of
files like this
Sep 18 12:46:16.30: [ 9650]: SESSION BEGIN 00000072 85643390
Sep 18 12:46:16.31: [ 9650]: HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.1.1
Sep 18 12:46:16.31: [ 9650]: SEND FAX: JOB 60 DEST 85643390 COMMID 00000072
DEVICE '/dev/usb/ttyACM0'
Sep 18 12:47:20.13: [ 9650]: SESSION END
That's all
