This is normal behavior, S0=0 will always be issued because it will be
faxgetty to pick up the line using ATA, not the modem.
"RingsBeforeAnswer: X" means that faxgetty will count X RING messages coming
from modem before sending ATA to instruct modem to answer the call.

You should look at the log when an incoming call happens.
