You'll need to use HylaFAX 4.1.6 to use most of the MT5634ZBA-DID modem 
features... and, since it's not out yet, you'll need to pull CVS.

I have one of these.  CVS works with it just fine.  You'll want to see 
the config file for it to know how to set it up.
