As you use hylafax 4.1.5 and gs is not installed, i suppose, that you
compiled the package from source (or the yast-installation has a
dependency failure!).
Read http://www.hylafax.org/howto/install.html#ss2.2 and have a close
look at chapter 2.2.1.
In any case install ghostscript and check for zlib.
