[hylafax-users] w2hfax (windows hylafax client) startup error

hey list,

I'm having a problem with the w2hfax client, a search of the archives turns
up one old post with the same problem
(http://www.hylafax.org/archive/2000-09/msg00324.html) but no responses.

When I start the w2hfax client I immediately get a dialog with the message:
	Run-time error '429':
	ActiveX component can't create object

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

My setup is:

mandrake 8.2 server, hylafax 4.1.5.
windows 2000 client, w2hfax 0.2.0
                     python 2.2
