May be your PS-Code is not 100% correct, it depends on the printer you 
installed. I had the same problem with some PS-printers that generated a 
slightly non-standard PS-header which resulted in an error while 
converting the file.

Try to manually "ps2fax" the doc-file and see what happens. In case of 
error, use another printer driver.
