[hylafax-users] Modem will not answer "arggggg"
I told my boss I would have this system up for him by Monday. I had
everything working good on redhat 7.3 but decided to use suse 8.1
instead. Everything about suse I liked better but it has been hell
trying to get this to work. Please any advice would be greatly
appreciated.
Ok I have deleted my config file /var/spool/fax/etc/config.ttyS4
I reran the faxaddmodem for this modem.
I then opened the file in emacs.
I do not see a RingBeforeAnswer Settings.
If I do faxanswer on this device it works like a champ.
Faxgetty is running. I get status but its just listening to modem ring.
Here is the config file config.ttyS4
