Wrong/right... it doesn't matter.  Every fax administrator needs to 
consider it their obligation to make every fax complete properly.

Looks like you're using a MultiTech ISI modem in Class 2.1.  Let me 
recommend that you switch to Class 1 and report the problems with 
MultiTech.  They may be able to provide you with new firmware.
