[hylafax-users] Cypheus - delete/create cover page problem

Hi,

I deleted a couple of cover pages created in c:\Program Files\Cypheus\Cover
BUT when I open Cypheus Settings - Default Settings- Cover Page
I see that they still appear in the drop down list.
Where Cypheus picks up the cover page names from?

What is the proper way to
delete a cover page and create a new one?
