Lee did not mention that you haven´t read the doc but pointed you direct to
the point where problems with DSO installations are described because it is
sometimes difficult to find the right paragraphs.

As stated he sure has read your question as paragrahs 2.2.3 from the link
exactly matches the problem with DSO module which can not be loaded as your
error message stated.
