dear,

 

the problem we are facing is that , we are using two different fax machines (1- Brother -645,2-Toshiba Dp80f).

if we send a fax to 1 machine through server it works fine, but if we send a fax to toshiba machine it gives status as EOP and MPS

error.

so what could be the cause
