Hi agian, 

Regarding Eicon - seems like it only is the Reserach part that is 
bankrupted. Found a press-release at http://www.i-data.com/news/020523/ 

Eicon Networks Research A/S (former Lasat A/S) filing a petition in 
bankruptcy 

The board of directors of Eicon Networks Research A/S under suspension of 
payments has today filed a petition in bankruptcy to the bankruptcy court of 
the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen. As trustee of bankruptcy 
the board of directors of Eicon Networks Research A/S has proposed solicitor 
Jørgen B. Elmer, Copenhagen, who also was appointed supervisor of the 
suspension of payments estate. 

The company did not succeed in realising assets under the suspension of 
payments in order to procure necessary capital to pay the salary for April 
and May to the company's employees, which subsequently resulted in the 
petition in bankruptcy. The company suspended its payments on May 16, 2002, 
cf. message to Copenhagen Stock Exchange no 14 / 2002. 

The company's bankruptcy does not affect i-data international a-s or the 
i-data group in other respects. 

(I guess my translation was a little bit different that what is listed here 
 - on the other hand I usually write userguides and other technical stuff in 
English - not so much commercial/legal stuff ;-))
