You're basically looking for DID.  There was an interesting discussion
regarding it recently.  You can see it in the archives.  However, the key
is that your telco has to pass it on to the modem, and the modem has to
pass it on to faxgetty.  If faxgetty sees the subaddress, then something
can be done to use it.  However, currently faxgetty doesn't do anything
with it.
