[hylafax-users] problems with coverpage

I'm trying to add my information to the coversheet, just need a little
help because some things are not getting listed on the coversheet.

Here is my command that I feed into my shell prompt:

sendfax -x"Test Co" -y"FAC" -f"Aaron Borowski" -r"Fax Testing" -d
"Someone@1234567" test.ps

Here's my output on the coversheet:

To: Someone
Company: Test Co
Fax: 1234567

From: Aaron Borowski
Company:
Phone:
Fax:

Regarding: Fax Testing

What I need to get on the coversheet is the From Company's Name, Phone
#, and Fax #. Please advise.
