Re: [hylafax-users] wedged modem

Hi Denis,

I encounter also that before. All I have to do reset the modem to
factory default.
Try this: at&f0 and make sure that modem and pc can communicate each other.

Subject: [hylafax-users] wedged modem

Hi there!

Somtimes my Zyxel goes wedged. HylaFax marks "off" faxgetty entry in
/etc/inittab. The only thing I need to rerun fax server is mark it back as
"respawn" and init q.

Seems like modem needs hardware reset.

How to get HylaFax making this reset instead of turning modem off?

Regards
Denis
