[hylafax-users] not receiving email with tiff attachment

Hi all

ive installed hylafax and it works ok but then i tried
to get the received faxes mailed with a tiff attachment

When i execute the command (gotten from the log file) 
by hand as either uucp or root it works. But when a
fax comes in i get email from the uucp pseudo-user with 
nothing in it.

It looks like a rights problem but i cant find it. the deamons
all run as uucp so that should be ok. i tried it with faxrcvd(-mail)
owned by root and uucp but that gave no difference

anybody got an idea?
