[hylafax-users] No carrier detected - even line is free

i often get the error: "No carrier detected"
with a ZyXEL 2864I modem.
it is connected to a free ISDN line.
i am sure that the line is NOT used!

after some retries the modem gets the line and sends the fax...

is anyone else having this problem?
