I had something not unlike this that Lee helped me with. I had two modems I
wanted to only receive, one that would only send. The sending modem was on
an outbound only phone line, so no problem there. For the two receiving
modems, I added a line
ModemReadyState            B
Which would pass a busy state to faxgetty when the modem was queried for use
in sending a fax, if I read that correctly. If you add that line to one of
the config files, that modem should only receive. It's not grouping, but
maybe this will help.
